Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service on the clubpl platform. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you and clubpl.

clubpl accounts are strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Age and identity verification is required before withdrawal functionality is enabled. Underage registration results in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
All clubpl accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK are supported. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Processing timelines and minimum amounts apply as set out in the full terms.
All bonuses and promotional offers at clubpl are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry periods, and withdrawal conditions. Bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and exploitation of system errors are prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Each player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their clubpl login credentials. Sharing account access, creating duplicate accounts, or allowing third parties to operate an account on your behalf violates these Terms and may result in permanent suspension.
Fraudulent activity, money laundering, match-fixing, use of automated software (bots), collusion, and any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities are strictly prohibited on clubpl. Violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to relevant authorities.
clubpl operates under an internationally recognized gaming license that mandates responsible gaming provisions. Players can set deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion periods at any time. Responsible gaming tools are embedded in every clubpl account.

By accessing the clubpl platform, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on clubpl, you unconditionally accept these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Your acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the Platform or submit a registration application, whichever occurs earlier. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, though note that each individual player must hold their own account — shared or proxy accounts are prohibited under Section 5.

clubpl reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point during a player's membership and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility requirements are found not to be met, retrospectively or prospectively.
To participate in real-money gaming on clubpl, you must complete the account registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable.

clubpl will process KYC submissions within 2 business hours in ordinary circumstances. Players are encouraged to complete KYC early to avoid delays at the time of first withdrawal.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. clubpl reserves the right to close any account where information is found to be inaccurate and to withhold any balance pending investigation. Players are responsible for keeping their registration information up to date and must notify clubpl support of any changes to their registered mobile number, email address, or payment method.
Each natural person may hold only one active clubpl account at any time. Duplicate accounts — identified through matching CNIC, mobile number, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances held pending review.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your clubpl login credentials — your registered mobile number or email and your password. You agree not to share your account access with any third party under any circumstances.
clubpl will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account that occurs through your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify clubpl support immediately via live chat so that the account can be suspended pending a security review.
clubpl implements multiple security measures to protect your account, including 256-bit SSL encryption, session management controls, anomaly detection, and optional two-factor authentication. Players are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication, particularly if they maintain a significant PKR balance. You are advised not to log in to your clubpl account from public Wi-Fi networks or shared devices without first logging out after each session.
All clubpl accounts operate exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and 1LINK. clubpl does not charge additional transaction fees for deposits via these methods, though your payment provider's own fees may apply independently.
The minimum deposit on clubpl is Rs 100. Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the case of JazzCash and EasyPaisa, this typically occurs within 3 minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of your bank. clubpl is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment infrastructure.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your clubpl account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers during normal operations. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.
clubpl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal where unusual transaction patterns are identified, as part of its anti-money laundering obligations under its international gaming license.
By depositing funds on clubpl, you confirm that the funds being deposited are from a legitimate source, are lawfully your own, and are not proceeds of any criminal activity. clubpl may request source-of-funds documentation for accounts exhibiting high-volume deposit activity, as required by applicable compliance obligations.
clubpl offers various promotional offers to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and tournament prizes. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.
Bonus Funds credited to a player's account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as Real Money. The specific Wagering Requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until the Wagering Requirement is met, Bonus Funds are not withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally toward Wagering Requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution rate for each game category is published in the individual promotion terms and in the clubpl Promotions FAQ.
All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period from the date of credit. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings that have not been converted to withdrawable Real Money prior to expiry will be removed from the account without compensation. Expiry periods are stated in individual promotion terms.
clubpl takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Actions including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim first-deposit bonuses, systematically placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk while meeting requirements ("bonus hunting"), using automated software to complete wagering requirements, or any other behaviour determined by clubpl's compliance team to constitute exploitation of promotional terms, will result in immediate cancellation of Bonus Funds, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent account suspension.
All games available on the clubpl platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules regarding a particular gaming dispute, the specific game rules will prevail for that dispute.
In the event of a malfunction, system error, or technical failure affecting a game or bet settlement, clubpl reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a system malfunction are not valid and will not be credited or honoured.
All sports betting activity on clubpl, including PSL cricket markets, Pakistan international cricket fixtures, and all other sports markets, is governed by the clubpl Sportsbook Rules published in the platform's help centre. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once confirmed, bets are binding.
Any dispute arising from a gaming outcome or bet settlement must be submitted to clubpl support within 30 days of the disputed event. clubpl will investigate all disputes in good faith and provide a written response within 72 hours of receiving sufficient information. If a dispute cannot be resolved to a player's satisfaction through clubpl's internal process, the player may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body under clubpl's gaming license.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

All content on the clubpl platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, interface design, text, logos, trademarks, and data — is the property of clubpl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or licence to use clubpl's intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of clubpl. This restriction applies to automated scraping, data harvesting, and any other systematic extraction of Platform content.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, clubpl's total liability to any player for any loss, damage, or claim arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform or these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
clubpl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether in contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if clubpl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
clubpl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Temporary unavailability due to maintenance, third-party infrastructure failure, cyber attacks, or force majeure events does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
clubpl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time where:
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, clubpl reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where legally required, to report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities. Balances withheld as a result of confirmed fraudulent activity will not be returned.
Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting clubpl support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after KYC verification, subject to any applicable withdrawal minimums.
The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data by clubpl is governed by the clubpl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. A full copy of the Privacy Policy is available at /privacy-policy.
clubpl processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection standards as required under its international gaming license. Data is collected and processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of gaming services. Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data sharing with payment processors, game providers, and compliance service providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for the delivery of services.
clubpl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, clubpl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the current version came into force. If you object to any amendment, you may close your account prior to the effective date by contacting clubpl support.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which clubpl holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the clubpl platform that cannot be resolved through clubpl's internal dispute resolution procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this section limits clubpl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in response to a breach or threatened breach of these Terms by a player.

For escalated complaints that have not been resolved through standard support channels within 14 days, players may submit a formal complaint referencing their clubpl account number and a summary of the matter. clubpl commits to providing a written final response to formal complaints within 28 days of receipt of all relevant information.
